Terms & Policy 

  • Clients submitting a booking request for traveling services must provide a valid driver's license that matches the card and address on file.

  • We do not accept Cash Payments for traveling experience.

  • Clients must send an image or picture of their desired look (including hair) within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation of their booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours of booking.

  •  A 40% fee for luggage handlers will always be charged on airport travel services.

  •  Payment will be automatically with drawn 24 hours before your appointment with the card on file.

  • N.A 9 does not services kids under the age of 12

  • child must sit still 

  • child can not be tender headed. 

  • at any time if you are receiving service at a N.A9 location no one but the client is allowed in. 

  • the child must be potty trained.

Payment Methods accepted

Payment methods accepted are Zelle , Apple Pay and cash app.
Please be advised ALL Cash app transactions most have a $3.00 fee added to cover the transfer.
Cash is not accepted for traveling fees.
Please send the desire color of hair you would like with your deposit.

Refund Policy

At N.A 9 By Ravin Samone , we value customer loyalty and satisfaction. We take pride in our products and strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and shopping experience.

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy. Any items that are returned within 30 days of purchase, and are in their original condition, can be refunded.
we will issue a full refund, less any shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.

We hope that your shopping experience with us will be a positive one. If you do not feel satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can make it right.

  • This cancelation policy stands for the client as well as the stylist. when both parties are respected both parties are able to have a safe and great experience. 

  • All appointments are protected with a 15 minute grace period, anything there after will be at risk of a up charge or discount of $10.00 ( additional ) to the appointment or marked as a no show. 

  • Communication is expected at all times for both parties. We understand things happen , client and stylist are required to give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or request to reschedule to the party that is not cancelling to receive a credit or a full deposit back using direct contact and confirmation etc ( email, phone, txt , social media )

  • .If your appointment is marked as a no show it will automatically disqualify you from future rewards, discounts or booking

  •   Rescheduling an appointment is always subject to the stylist schedule. your deposit can be re-applied as long as the next appointment set is within a week from the original appointment set the first time.



Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. This time includes processing and in-transit time for your order. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 48 hours of processing time. UPS Saturday Delivery only available in eligible zip codes. Please check your eligibility at checkout.

All appointments are required to have a non refundable $10.00 charge. even in a free or discounted  service. This ensures that an appointment is kept. as both parties times is very valuable. After the appointment the deposit should be sent back immediately.  

Rewards & loyalty points

 As a N.A 9 Loyalty client there are perks.

  • Your 9th services is absolutely free. no matter the style. appointment must be confirmed with the stylist before coupon is used. 

  • If you refer someone you will receive 15% off your next service. and that person will receive $5 off.

  • Birthday specials only apply to loyal clients, those who have been serviced by a stylist at N. A 9 at least 5 or more times. 

  • birthday rewards the client can choose any style and receive a personalized discount of the first digit of the age they will be turning followed by a zero. ex. ( 15 turning 16 will receive 10 % off, or 35 turning 36 earns 30% off. 

  • We also offer coupons and special at which most are eligible to be combined. please always review the fine print of all coupons or specials. 

  • when using any offers they will never apply to a travel experience. 

  • rewards, coupons or discounts , special offer can never be applied or shared to the next person service.
